It was redefined in 1994 out of the need to find a simpler and more efficient way to support the United Way workplace effort in the community and is presently in an expansion period. Management Our management team is currently in place. However, we are looking to hire one additional flex time technician to assist in the ongoing development and enhancement of the online system and to assist in customer support activities.
Our current management and staff consist of the following: Tom Dewey, President and CEO Sherry Taylor, Secretary Treasurer & Office Management Joseph Tilley, Programming Manager Products Our products consist of standard and custom scannable pledge processing systems, internet pledge processing, network pledge processing, standard and custom scannable pledge/campaign forms and state of the art scanner. These products are directed towards the local United Way organizations, the Fortune 500 and all companies that support workplace-giving programs. Services At present our service is in the expansion stage and is customer driven. Due to our rapid growth, we recognize that improved service to our customers is imperative.
