SoftwareThe SDSI Scannable Pledge Processing software is built using Microsoft Access. All versions of Windows are supported. Microsoft Access 2000, XP, or 2003 is required. To use the built in e-mail system, Outlook is also required.

From the scanning screen, you can access all the pledge data for your donors. If any manual input is required during
the scanning process, a pop-up screen will prompt you for the needed information.
The SDSI software has a built in communications system. From here, you can send thank you messages to donors, remind
people about the campaign, or send copies of reports to management and campaign coordinators.
The SDSI software comes with dozens of built in reports. If your company has special reporting needs, we will add
custom reports for no additional charge.
