CAMPAIGN COORDINATOR

It’s easy to assign Campaign Coordinators before or after the campaign begins. You may also want to reassign employees to a different coordinator. In this chapter you’ll learn to:

Add Management Email
Add a Campaign Coordinator
Assign a Campaign Coordinator

1. CLICK Mgmt. Email button on Main Menu.
2. Add names and email addresses in the correct fields.
3. CLICK the add button.

1. CLICK Add Campaign Coordinator button on Main Menu.
2. To add coordinator, CLICK Add Coordinator.
3. CLICK inside the Campaign Coordinator ID box.
4. Key enter coordinators 1-4 digit ID number.
5. CLICK inside the Last Name box.
6. Key enter coordinators last name.

(Repeat the same steps for entering First Name, MI, and E-mail)

Note: Use arrow buttons to view other Coordinators.

7. CLICK Add Campaign Coordinator button.
8. CLICK exit door to return to Assign Campaign Coordinator.

1. To assign employees to a campaign coordinator, CLICK Assign Campaign Coordinator button.
2. CLICK on down arrow to select a company.
3. Highlight the company.
4. CLICK to select.

Note: Follow steps 2, 3, and 4 to sort employees you wish to assign a coordinator to.

5. To assign a single employee, CLICK inside Enter Last Name box.
6. Key enter employees Last name.

Tip: At this time you may want to view selected employees as a visual check.

7. Use the down arrow to view all coordinators.
8. Highlight which coordinator you wish to assign to the selected employee(s).
9. CLICK to select.
10. CLICK Assign Coordinator button.
11. CLICK exit door to return to Main Menu.
