EMPLOYEE DATA REQUIREMENTS
It is important that you include all employee data needed to support your specific card design(s).
Required employee data
1. If you have % as an option on your card, you must include number of pays and last gross pay period amount.
2. Remember to follow the field descriptions when using dollar amounts, social security numbers, phone numbers, and dates.
3. Include any information you wish to print on the card.
4. You may wish to give every employee a CCID number. Then attach a Campaign Coordinator to that number at a later date.
Note: You can assign, or reassign CCID numbers after importing at any time during the campaign using primary, secondary, and third sort or individually by name.
5. You will need to include e-mail addresses to utilize Correspondence by E-mail.
6. You may use a social security number or employee ID number.
7. You must have a sequence number in order to import the data.
8. If continuous giving is used, we pull in the suggested giving amount or last contribution amount, whichever is greater.
9. If you populate Default Designation Zip Code field, undesignated funds automatically go to the United Way of the employee’s home zip. Not the default zip in the Main Menu setup button.
